  • Name6. Before first use of development, existing gates to vehicle access to be removed. Any new vehicle access gates/ barriers/ bollards/ chains/ obstructions erected to be set back minimum distance of 10metres behind highway boundary and hung not to open outwards. 7. Before first use of the development, drainage to be provided within site, so that surface water does not drain into public highway and after be maintained. 8. Notwithstanding submitted details, hard surfaced bin collection point to be provided adjacent to highway boundary but clear of private shared access road, in accordance with details that will have been submitted/ approved by LPA before development starts. Approved scheme then to be provided before any dwelling is first occupied and will thereafter be permanently so maintained. 9. Before building works start, minimum visibility splays of 2.4 metres by 66 metres to be provided at junction of site access with Farley Way. Nothing to be allowed to grow above height of 0.6metres above ground level within visibility splays. 11.
